It has matured for 17 years, and the final stage was in American (virgin) white oak casks. Nose: Fruity and spicy, orange, vanilla and a little honey drizzled in therePalate: minty, peppery, some citrus and probably a little more presence of honey Finish: Quite long lasting, some cinnamon, dry but somehow a little sweet.
Finish: Lingering with chocolate orange and a hint of wood smoke
